Welcoming tenders for Hay’s Dock Café

Do you have what it takes to deliver a great café offering in a 5 star Visitor Attraction?

We work hard to feed the imagination of all our visitors at Shetland Museum and Archives - up to 90,000 of them per year - but sometimes they need something more. We are inviting tenders for the operation of our in-house café ‘Hay’s Dock Café’ for the period of 1 year.

For further information and to receive an information pack please contact info@shetlandamenity.org, or alternatively call Shetland Amenity Trust on 01595 694688.

The closing date for submission of tenders is 1200 hrs on Friday, 1st February 2019
