Are you passionate about Shetland's culture and heritage? Do you enjoy working with the public and would you like to help create memorable experiences for our visitors? If so, then this job may be for you.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Visitor Experience Team, providing an outstanding welcome and service to all our visitors, maximising their enjoyment of the Shetland Museum and Archives. The successful candidate will provide outstanding customer service, maintain a positive, welcoming environment, and have a proactive and helpful attitude to all visitors and colleagues. You will provide a welcome to visitors, ensure they are safe and that the venue is presented to the highest standards. The duties are varied and the post-holder will be expected to assist in many aspects of running the service.
