‘Musings in Monochrome’ brings together a striking collection of black-and-white photographs from a body of work spanning more than 40 years. Largely captured in Shetland, the exhibition explores contrasts between town and country, nature and the built environment, abstraction and representation. Through rich tonal variation and carefully observed detail, the images reflect on change over time and the enduring relationship between people, place and landscape.
