Members of the public are invited to watch as the 2024 Lerwick Jarl Squad make their official visit to Shetland Museum & Archives on Tuesday 30 January at 3.30pm, and have the chance to see them perform their UHA song, chat to the squad and perhaps even get the chance to try on a helmet or hold a shield. The event, which will take place inside the museum is free of charge but will be in high demand with just 100 tickets available. (We advise that you arrive prior to 3:15pm to secure your space).
Additional photo opportunities include getting a close-up of the Junior UHA galley which will be positioned outside the museum at Hay’s Dock from 11:45 – 14:45 on the Tuesday.

Please note, if you do not have a ticket, you will be unable to watch the squad in the foyer. Our museum galleries and Hay’s Dock by the Dowry will remain open for you to visit without a ticket.
