Join us at the Shetland Museum & Archives for a truly unforgettable experience as we host our first ever exclusive adults-only Ghostly Gadderie - A Night at the Museum. There will be tarot readings, tales of suspicious happenings and a chance to see and learn about witch bottles and other spooky items we hold in the museum collection. To round the evening off there will be a quiz to test your Shetland knowledge including a round on Halloween. Why not dress up as a notable character from Shetland's past too, to make this a night to remember!
Further information: With a unique after-hours experience on offer, you will have the opportunity to delve deeper into the fascinating history of our islands and discover tales of local folklore, including the chance to view some of our collection not currently on display in the galleries. To add to the excitement, our team invite you to dress up in your best Shetland-themed costumes and take part in our spooky quiz. Teams of 6 are recommended, but please don't worry if this isn't an option for you as we are happy to organise teams on the night.
