What is a Broch and who built them? Learn about Shetland’s Brochs and life in the Iron Age, gathering inspiration from objects in our galleries. Your child will make their own Broch using air-drying clay to take home at the end of the session. Please bring a small box to safely take your creation home and ensure children wear aprons/old clothing as this is a messy workshop. Parents of younger children or children who may require additional support are encouraged to stay throughout the workshop.
