For the first time ever, Swan Trust opens its Sail Loft to the public, upstairs in Hay’s Dock Pier Store. Built in Lerwick in 1900, Swan was one of the finest fishing boats in the North of Scotland. Now fully restored, this historic vessel has a new life providing Sail Training, educational and public trips and sail charters. Learn more about this unique Shetland boat in the place much of its winter maintenance a happens. There will also be music sessions, traditional skills demonstrations and more.
